Mobility required: Yes (Travelling in NL and Europe to support the business

Will Improve the pricing and contracting effectiveness by designing, implementing and owning the key Pricing / Deal Making and Contracting processes, tools, contracts, related data, KPI’s and reporting. Will develop and implement value pricing architecture design and implementation. Will coordinate the European Pricing/Pass through and Contracting improvement activities to support the sectors. He / She will work in close cooperation with the other central functions and the Sector commercial leads and external partners to get buy in and implement best in class standards. He / She will manage a team of supporting functional experts.

  • Improve CM by Coordinating the European pricing/pass through initiatives
  • Pricing calendar planning
  • Pricing data preparation, analyses and pricing strategies development
  • Pass through program management
  • Pricing war/win room facilitation


  • Improve CM by Coordinating the European Contracting Excellence initiatives
  • Development of best practice commercial contracting standards (+legal + NA team)
  • Analyses of deviation with the business + action planning to close the gaps
  • Support in contact negotiations for large customers


  • Design, implement and maintain effective pricing principles and processes
  • Value based vs cost price plus approach principles
  • Pricing / rebate logic and architecture
  • Competitive pricing analyses / reporting
  • Pricing / margin KPI reporting
  • Pricing tools implementation and ownership





  • Manages / develops a team of Pricing analysts

  • Ten years of experience in senior Pricing positions:  Sales / Commercial Controller. Pricing / Revenue Manager,
  • Process design skills: including process analyses, process redesign, process mapping
  • Pricing analyses: e.g. Pareto, double Pareto,
  • Pricing architecture design and master data management
  • Pricing management: Margin Management. (new) product pricing, customer (deal) pricing, outlier/bleeder management, pricing negotiations
  • Change Management
  • Project Management (Wave)
