Ardagh Metal Beverage Serbia is looking for Accounting Service Coordinator:


Coordinating and managing Accounting Service team’s activity in order to obtain operational efficiency and final product best quality.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing functional / process teams in Accounting Services
  • Leading the activity of the Accounting Services and BSC Accounting team 
  • Monitoring the performance of the team and adopting measures for the improvement when needed
  • Ensuring that the team is up to date in terms of any regulation development 
  • Training and couching accounting BSC management team 
  • Manage accounting, allocations and reporting
  • Delivering services according to agreed levels, accuracy as well as harmonize and standardize accounting organization 
  • Ensuring all objectives and due dates are met on a timely manner for month-end closing, as well as any compliance duty
  • Responsible for the internal control of the BSC Accounting Team (SOX, internal & external audit, segregation of duties)
  • Delivering against the key performance indicators of the Service Level Agreement 
  • Improvement of performance and productivity, engagement and managing areas of underperformance
  • Establishing best in class BSC processes with benchmark and improvements implemented including SLAs, KPIs/Systems 
  • Quality of accounting services provided to both internal customers, external suppliers & customers
  • Managing overall service delivery and serving as an escalation point to resolve customer issue
  • Managing key business and third-party relationships
  • Ensuring quality of service provided to both internal customers, external suppliers & customers




  • University degree in finance or equivalent area
  • Strong and proven leadership skills 
  • Relevant professional experience (min. 5 years) from financial roles, international environment, and leading Shared Service Centre
  • Open communication style
