Business Service Center Controller

Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for Business Service Center Controller - Maternity Replacement

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly closing: 
•    Invoice release, internal order creation 
•    Monitoring allocation and re-charge process •    make sure all accrual/postings are completed
•    monthly variance analysis vs LY, Forecast,Budget for P&L and Balance sheet

Budget/Forecast:
•    Ensure reliable forecasts for SGA costs incl labour in CCH Tagetik system
•    Business partner for HR •    Support top-down planning for insurance, consulting tax, consulting audit, IT Opex, T&A, Legal consulting, professional service for total AMP-Europe 
•    OCF/TWC planning and analysis for VAT, prepayments, insurances, accruals for labour, pensions 

Data quality:
•    give guidance on cost center structure according to Ardahg Group set up
•    make sure SGA cost Dashboard is “state of the art”

Processes:
•    Drive continuous improvements (process/projects/tools) and standardization/harmonizatio especially on Forecast to Report (FtR)

Requirements:
•    Successfully completed BSc/MSc studies with finance controlling  focus or a comparable qualification

 •   3 years of working experience in Finance in an international operating enterprise, preferably in a producing / manufacturing environment

•    System knowledge:  SAP / advanced Excel skills - Business Warehouse (BW)/HFM/CCH Taget-ik/Powerpoint knowledge welcome 
•    Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory
•    High-developed problem-solving skills •    Good analytical skills and attention to details
•    Controlling mind-set 
•    Excellence communication skills  
•    Understanding of budget and Forecast process
