Ardagh Metal Beverage Serbia is looking for Compliance Assistant
Support of MBE organization  in the frame of overall compliance (SOX, IFRS, Local Gaap) by providing expert knowledge to maintain precise and effective control environment of MBE ( support in audit, documentation of processes, projects, advices) Ensure ongoing SOx compliance for the Group, coordinate control activities and share expertise throughout assigned region – SSC / MBE in accordance with Compliance team.

Key responsibilities:
•    Audit support SOX, IFRS, local Gaap. 
•    Monitor and maintain process documentation updated
•    Periodical review of internal controls to reflect process/systems changes.
•    Support control owners in control operations, perform front line testing and monitor control results in accordance with established timelines
•    Assess and evaluate compliance risks, support in design of test plans and testing approaches based on risk analysis, Risk assessment and control risk mapping 
•    Support performance of walkthrough sessions and risk assessment of newly transferred processes
•    Preparation audit plans and oversight, providing support and guidance on various audit requests, inquiries
•    Assist in development, implementation & execution of SOX/Internal Controls training program 


•    Finance / Accounting / Business Administration University degree
•    Minimum 3-4 years of relevant Finance or Auditing experience 
•    Strong analytical skills and structured, detail oriented
•    Can work independently but also to be an excellent team player
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build highly functioning working relationships across all levels of the organization
•    Open communication – good in verbal and written communication skills
•    Result Focus
•    Organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
