Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia is looking for Compliance Coordinator

 

Control Framework
-    Support overall MBE framework including streamlining the RACM across Bonn/local/BSC together with the team -    BSC/AMP RACM oversight and maintenance, monitor control performance (monthly/quarterly/annually) 
-    Periodical review of internal controls to reflect process/systems changes
-    Harmonization of internal controls where applicable
-    Support control owners in control operations, including best practices in control execution and central subject matter expert support.
-    Implementation and maintenance of an effective escalation process including
-    operation of quarterly certification
-    Perform front line testing and monitor control results in accordance with established timelines, i.e. Quarterly SOX reporting.

Assess and evaluate compliance risks 
-    Design of test plans and testing approaches based on risk analysis -    Risk assessment and control risk mapping 
-    Development of new controls or mitigation/elimination of existing risks behind business processes including challenge necessity of them and avoid control execution complexity

New processes walkthroughs 
-    Participate in any new/transfer of controls ensuring overall AMP consistency -    Perform walkthrough sessions and risk assessment of newly transferred processes 
-    Preparation of control design for targeted risk points

Internal / External Audit Coordination BSC
-    Design of audit preparation plans and oversight – planning, delivery and progress for audit purposes -    Expert assessment and revision of inputs for external/internal auditors
-    Proving support and guidance on various audit requests, inquiries and ensure minimalization of disruption to daily business
-    Evaluate and communicate audit findings to BSC Leadership Team/Business Process Manager, Metal – Europe, Internal/External Audit Team
-    Facilitate the remediation of control gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to the management

SOX/Internal Controls Training
-    Participate in any new process training as required (eg Maestro…) -    Assist in development, implementation & execution of SOX/Internal Controls training program for BSC staff (annually plus induction of new starters)
-    Assist in any SOX/Internal Controls training to other stakeholder as required by management

Process Documentation
-    Monitor and maintain process documentation updated (i.e. process flow charts linked with RACM)  

 

Requirements:

  • University degree business adimistration study or equivalent
  • Experience for 3years minimum in the related domains of Financial Reporting / Audit/ SOX / Internal Controls
  • Knowledge of internal control principles, financial and operational processes, risks, and IT general controls

  • Highly motivated, proactive and independent thinker with attention to detail
  • Good communication (verbal, presentation, and written), and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Results oriented, collaborative, customer focused
  • Having a continuous improvement mindset
