Data & Reporting Delivery Lead

We are looking for Data & Reporting Delivery Lead

The main purpose of Data and Reporting delivery lead  role is to lead a team responsible for the development and delivery of ongoing reporting needs within Sales and IBP area. This role will be main point of contact for the management team and build reporting solutions which will support their decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Build high performing team of delivery focused business intelligence analysts and report developers
•    Effectively manage demand for insight services, including prioritizing business requests
•    Manage project scopes, timelines and resources
•    Fully support business intelligence analysts in strategic and complex report development
•    Full accountability for the accuracy, quality, maintenance and execution of reports from its remit
•    Continuous improvement of the report development process
•    Ensure robust report governance in order to ensure reliability and scalability of reporting solutions
•    Ensure continuous improvement in BI area and application of best practices in terms of report perfor-mance, architecture, functionalities and visualizations

Requirements:
•    Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management or data analytics 
•    Experience working in SAP ECC and SAP BW
•    Experience with some of the BI products (Power BI, SAC or Tableau)
•    Excelent MS Excel skills
•    Strong organisational and team management skills
•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to facilitate creation of  data insights and visualisations 
•    Excellent quantitative skills, ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions out of them
•    Effective communication skills
•    Working proficiency in English
