We are looking for  Delivery Lead Sales Projects

The role is responsible for keeping Sales digital projects on track and ensuring they are completed on time and according to specifications. In this position, you will collaborate with the business users and IT developers to determine the scope and timeline of the project, after which your role is to follow project delivery from design to deployment. Responsibilities include drafting timelines, managing the backlog, and delegating work within the project team.


Key responsibilities:
•    Your main responsibility will be to ensure timely and full-scope delivery of Sales digital projects.
•    To be successful at it, you will be required to:
o    Collaborate with key project team stakeholders to determine project priority, scope, and timeline
o    Manage multiple work streams of technical project delivery through close cooperation with subject matter experts and IT team
o    Define and implement new / improved functionalities across the system landscape
o    Define and sequence project activities
o    Lead requirements gathering sessions and build the business requirements specification
o    Actively participate in technical decision-making and facilitate the IT architecture solution design
o    Oversee the design, testing, deployment and hyper care processes
o    Manage project execution, providing day-to-day project leadership
o    Ensure visibility of the overall progress, dependency, issues, and risks across the various initiatives
o    Proactively intervene when development is behind schedule
o    Ensure a high level of quality and service are maintained by meeting or exceeding commitments
o    Build strong connections with both business and IT stakeholders
o    Be the bearer of extensive knowledge of the supported business area as well as the supported IT solutions
o    Continuously improve the Sales digital roadmap in line with the functional and AMPE strategy


Requirements:
•    A bachelor’s degree in business field is preferred
•    Project management (agile and scrum methodologies familiarity) and consulting experience, in addition with good IT understanding
•    Experience with development projects in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and online portal platforms is an advantage
•    Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
•    Proficiency in English is mandatory, other languages are welcome
