Forecast to Report Process Analyst

Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia looking for Forcast to Report Process Analyst.

Responsibilites:

•    Data reconciliation after changes during and after implementation, new reports, hierarchies or other changes in the structure
•    Reconciliation of data between SAP, BW Hana, SAP IBP, CCH Tagetik and HFM 
•    Support during the transition period from Essbase as a planning/reporting system (scenario prepa-rations, reconciliations, templates, bridges) to CCh Tagetik (reconciliations, historical data transfer, cubes)
•    Development of further reports (with CTD department)
•    Creation of standard operating procedures (SOP) with the specialist managers
•    Creation of work instructions in relation to the processes and systems
•    Technical preparation of the (monthly) planning cycle (setup versions, views, scenarios)
•    Advancing the further introduction of workflows and approvals in the system
•    Preparation of performance reports and monitoring of compliance
•    Management of tickets and problems (with IT)
•    Further development/integration with other systems (IBP/Tagetik on LRP financial data for in-stance)
•    User administration (roles, authorizations)
•    Supporting the specialist departments with all questions and topics relating to the forecast-to-report process, including training Supporting HFM forecast load automation and the forecast rephasing process
•    Back-up within the FP&A team for daily activities
•    Contribute to projects and continuous improvement of the current operating environment. 

Requirements:

• University degree in economics with a specialization in controlling. 
• Experience in Accounting or Controlling is preferable, idelally in a producing / manufacturing environment. 
• Understanding of budget and Forecast process
• System knowledge:  SAP / advanced Excel skills - CCH Tagetik/HFM/SAP IBP/MS Office knowledge wel-come 
• Good level of English – other languages welcome
• Good communication skills 
• Affinity for figures and systems with a certain degree of IT aptitude
