We are looking for a highly motivated and skillful HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our business units’ global functions (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Sustainability). In this role, the ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational HR expertise and guidance in the areas of future skills, learning & development, leadership coaching, talent assessment and engagement, culture change, and organization design. They will be a strategic partner and a consultant for the global functional leadership teams. An ideal candidate will develop a strong partnership across the HR function and with regional HR colleagues in the countries we operate in, to deliver value-added service. They will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. The role reports to the CHRO of the business unit.


 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 •    Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders in Finance, IT, Procurement, and Global Operations to understand functional needs and develop HR strategies that support them to become future-ready with the right size and shape.


•    Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention to ensure we have the right skills and capabilities to meet current and future business demands.


•    Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.


•    Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans to drive a high-performance culture.


•    Compensation and Benefits: Work with the compensation team to design and implement competitive total rewards that attract and retain top talent.


•    HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to global functional leaders. Monitor key HR metrics and report on trends and progress.


•    Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the US, Brazil, and Europe in collaboration with your regional HR colleagues.


•    Change Management: Support global functions and organizational change initiatives. Provide expertise in managing the human impact of change.

 

Professional Requirements:


•   Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Phycology or related field

 

•   7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a global HR role.

 

•   Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is a must.

 

•   Experience in supporting the supply chain functions like Procurement, Planning, Operations and service functions like Finance and IT.

 

 •    Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, proficiency in HRIS and data analytics.


•    Languages: Fluency in English is required.


•    Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Estimated travel 25%
