MDM Specialist

Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia is looking for Master Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute changes and creation requests to SAP master data, single and mass creations
• Work directly with business partner to ensure data requests are complete and comply with standards
• Perform data mass updates and uploads as required
• Perform data de-duplication activities

• Monitor and manage data quality issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them. 
• Conduct data profiling to identify areas of data inconsistency and proporse strategies to address them.
• Escalating DQ issues to Data Management Lead, and keeping tracks of DQ issues within Data Quality repository
• Performing root causes analysis for DQ issues + proposing reoccurrence prevention measures

• Supports Data Management Lead to maintain documentation related to data quality and governance processes, procedures, and standards.
• Support Data Management Lead in creation and maintenance of Data Catalog (act as Data Curator)
• Monitor and report on data quality and governance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Promote the good data culture across organization via regular check calls with peers
• Promote knowledge sharing and at same time keeping the central "knowledge base"
• Assist in development and support adoption of data governance processes to manage data ownership, access, and security. 
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that data is captured, stored, and managed effectively.
• Provide trainings and support to stakeholders to ensure compliance with data quality and governance policies.

Requirements:

• Experience working in SAP environment (SAP ERP and SAP BW/4HANA)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data quality and data management roles.
• Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data normalization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Working proficiency in English
• PMP, CDMP or related certificate is advantage
