Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia is looking for Sustainability Analyst to join our team!

 

Role Description:

•    Support Ardagh Metal Packaging Sustainability in environmental and social data management (globally).
•    Operate, maintain, develop and administer sustainability data part of ARMS.
•    Contribute to defining environmental data KPIs and regulating calculation methodolo-gies/approach for the consistent internal & external reporting on all levels 
•    Software solution requirements gathering 

 

Key Responsibilites:

•    Group-wide data collection and completeness review, Group-wide data verification (sensitivity / deviation analysis)

 •   Ensure on time data reporting by BUs / plants

•    Serve as a key contact to reporting users, develop drafts and maintain major reporting methodology and documents (globally) (e.g. Environmental Data Report-ing Handbook, Carbon Policy) 

•    Assist in external reporting and back-office management 

•    Develop SAQ and Helpdesk for user (ARMS) and run trainings and maintain user manual (ARMS)
•    Management of access rights and ad-hock support to users (ARMS) 

•     Drive continuous system improvements / development with external service provider and Group Risk (ARMS - as a member of ARMS steering committee)

•    Support group-wide Data Improvement Project as a member of the working group by:  
•    Compiling and categorizing the main environmental KPIs 
•    Contributing to identification of data sources (data input digitalization)
•    Assisting in assessing the suitability of a new software solution and providing user support  
•    Support implementation / maintain reporting tool in SAP / Power BI (fed by ARMS, e.g. Key Customer Dashboard)
•    Creating new and/or enhancing existing environmental data dashboards in Power BI
•    Support 3rd party data verification process
•    Support ESG assessments (e.g. CDP) and other third party verifications (e.g. Carbon Calcula-tor assessment) 

Requirements:
•    Academic and/or professional backgound in environmental science / management  or a comparable qualification  

•    Min 3 years of experience in similiar functions .  

•    Broad training in fields of data analysis and / or IS solutions related field usually acquired through bachelor’s or graduate degree level education or work experience
•    Intercultural & Interpersonal skills with sense of diplomacy
•    MS office package (especially Excel), Minitab, SAP data system e.g. SAP BW or Power BI

•    Having a proactive mindset and taking the initiative to drive relevant topics
•    Ability to take the lead on standardization and contribute to overall improvements on data reporting  
•    Ability to work independently with good time management
•    Attention to detail 
•    Good communication in English (ideally also German) verbally and written
•    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
•    Results oriented, collaborative, customer focused with attention to detail
•    Having a continuous improvement mindset
•    Strong affinity with technology solutions across business services
•    Knowledge in review of process flow documentation
