Role Purpose

Internal analyst for ERP systems (SAP and sub-systems), focusing on Planning Solutions (Demand Forecast, Long-term Capacity Planning, Production Planning and Scheduling). Participation in the Global SAP Program, which is a roll-out and enhancement of an existing SAP template to multiple locations over a three-year time frame.


Key Responsibilities

  • Being the contact for the functional business units and their process owners in terms of Application Support, Change Requests and other Process enhancements.
  • SAP template development; creation of training materials; supports user testing and Go-Live support.
  • Working closely together with other IT Application Services departments in order to integrate Business and Process functions into the ERP systems, providing interoperability between multiple IT systems.
  • Monitoring and controlling outsourced Application Support Services in co-operation with the ERP AMS team.
  • Lead and assist projects of various sizes, containing internal as well as external team members


Background / Competencies

  • Degree in Computer Sciences and/or Business areas.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP ERP systems, especially in Planning-relevant modules such as PP, MM, PM, SD and their integration to non-SAP satellite systems, is beneficial
  • Two or three year of experience within a Manufacturing environment is beneficial
  • Own initiative and team-player, ambitious and willing to learn
  • Flexible in regards to travelling.
  • Strong affinity with IT.
  • English fluently (C1 level), other European languages are beneficial
