As a personnel officer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel matters at the location.

Main tasks

  • You are responsible for the implementation of all individual personnel measures from the employment contract to the certificate, including the documentation (employment contracts, certificates, works council hearings, job advertisements, job profiles, disciplinary measures and terminations, temporary workers).
  • You are responsible for all administrative tasks for correct and punctual processing of payroll accounting, including data entry, preparation of documents, letters, statistics, etc.
  • You are responsible for maintaining master, movement and time recording data, including keeping personnel files.
  • You support the creation of personnel statistics.
  • You take over the creation of personal correspondence, in particular to social insurance carriers, offices, authorities, etc.
  • You will provide support in the recruiting process, from personnel requirements planning to conducting job interviews.
  • You deputize for the HR manager in his absence.
  • You work constructively with the works council.
  • You will be involved in plant and cross-plant projects and audits.

Skills and abilities

  • You have successfully completed training as a human resources clerk or business studies, if possible with a focus on human resources, or comparable training.
  • You have already gained professional experience in the areas of labor law, income tax law, social security law, collective bargaining regulations and payroll accounting.
  • You are more confident with Microsoft Office and SAP HR.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and good English.
  • You are characterized by very good negotiation and communication skills.
  • You are an organizational talent.
  • You work and make decisions independently.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, a confident demeanor and very good linguistic fluency.
  • You work very carefully, reliably and precisely.
