Internal Communications Intern - Chester

Fixed term up to 12 months working 4 days per week


The focus of the activity is to support us in the further development of our internal communication by revising and further developing our intranet, analyzing new communication channels for our internal audience and supporting us with the publication of our internal newsletter.

This position is currently home based due to current restrictions, however, some travel to the Chester office will be required.



• Support in realigning the internal communication strategy in an international environment

• Support of the communications manager in the renewal of the company intranet (Sharepoint based), including the creation of high-quality content and implementation of changes

• Evaluation of existing and new internal communication channels

• Support of the team with the internal newsletter and other communication projects



• You will have a passion for communication topics and a keen interest in digital communication. Experience in internal and / or external communication or marketing is required.

• You will have a talent for organization, have team spirit and are strong among people.

• You understand current trends in the digital landscape and want to create cross-platform content and can work independently and want to take on responsibility.

• You can deal with a wide variety of people and understand their needs.

• You are able to work on several topics at the same time in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

• Accuracy and attention to detail characterize your way of working, and you have a good writing style

• Ideally, you already know Sharepoint

• Fluency in English is absolutely essential; other European languages ​​are an advantage.
