Role description:

The HR Solutions IT Analyst ensures smooth and business-oriented application operations and project delivery, focusing on HR Solutions and the interoperability between HR applications and other satellite systems or services (SaaS, tax authorities, payroll, social security etc.).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the IT contact for the HR functional units and their process owners and key users in terms of
    application support, change requests, enhancements and new process requirements
  • Ensure proactive, continuous process improvement for HR application usage and functions
  • Integrate business and process functions providing interoperability between applications and systems (Payroll, SuccessFactors, ERP, etc.) by working closely with other application teams
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling of sourced or shared services regarding service-level agreement (SLA) fulfilment and cost allocations in alignment with the other IT support functions
  • Support changes, incident resolution and projects to ensure best cost and best value
  • Lead and assist with projects of various sizes with internal and external team members
  • Guide external consultants on support cases and projects while ensuring best cost & best value
     

Minimum skills / qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or in a related field
  • HR business process and operations experience
  • Profound knowledge of HR systems and modules such as payroll, time and attendance, etc. and their integration HR and non-HR satellite systems
  • Deep knowledge on integration and interfaces of HR applications to external systems or services and their support (e.g. to authorities like tax, social security, insurance, health, etc.).
  • Experience in payroll/time management, role design und authorizations
  • Expertise in computer systems (applications and technology) or comparable experience analyzing business process requirements and specify workable solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

 

Preferred skills / qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in supporting and consulting HR applications
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and in international projects as team member or project lead
  • Confident self-starter with effective client-facing communication and rapport building skills to ensure results in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder organization
  • Ability to take ownership on the resolution of incidents and filfillment of service requests
  • Team-player, flexible regarding travelling
