Plant Manager Drebkau (m/f/d)

To reinforce our team at the Drebkau location we are looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

The purpose of the job is managing the Plant to achieve and improve good quality products in quantities on request of the customer, in time and against optimal cost (lean philosophy) within EHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of annual operating plan (quality, quantity, manning and personnel, investments, EHS)
• KPI Controlling
• Budget responsibility and cost controlling
• Representation of the Plant
• Leading of Plant Management Team
• Implementation and Improvement of Lean Enterprise
• Responsible for plant related projects
• Accounting for full filling all legal requirements in the plant

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably with a focus on technical science
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in production environment
• Excellent methodological Skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• Good communicator and People / Change Manager
• Fluent in German and English
