Group IT Manger – Business Relationship Management & Group IT PMO
 

The main purpose of the role is to shape and own the Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Group IT PMO capability that supports the Group IT Long Range Plan definition and execution. This is a global role within Group IT Strategy, Architecture & Planning department with responsibility for the overall management of BRM and Group IT PMO. 


 Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead, manage and develop the BRM and Group IT PMO teams.
  • Establish relationships across various globally distributed IT and Business teams.
  • Contribute to the definition and maintainance Group IT’s Long Range Plan and IT Strategy in close cooperation with the global IT management.
  • Jointly with the business, identify opportunities for value generation through technology and fa-cilitate agreement on the respective value propositions.
  • Assist the business in defining expected benefits and related measurements. 
  • Define and support processes of supply and demand management in close collaboration with the senior business stakeholders and the IT management team. 
  • Support the management in the yearly budgeting process.
  • Define and continuously review the governance for large scale programmes, transformation in-tiatives and restructuring efforts.
  • Direct the customisation of global frameworks and methods used for portfolio, program and pro-ject management to the needs of the group.
  • Achieve global alignment on use of these frameworks, standards and methods. 
  • Supervise the selection, deployment and maintainance of solutions in support of portfolio, pro-gram and project management.
  • Provide guidance to IT and Business on program and project management. 
  • Design and implement KPI’s to continuously monitor value generation through BRM and Group IT PMO functions.
  • Chair steering committes and strategic planning sessions.
