Plant Quality Manager

Role Description:

Provide development and support of the Quality program to ensure achievement of Ardagh corporate and plant strategic quality goals communicating emerging trends and risks to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal customers through increased focus on metrology programs and improvements.
• Provide service and support for quality systems, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide quality training and support to employees at all levels, as needed.
• Provide internal support for problem solving and implementation of quality improvements.
• Manage the refinement and improvement of Corporate Quality procedures to meet strategic needs.
• Manage compliance to internal/external audits and assist with strategy to ensure success.
• Work with vendors to assure process testing equipment is up to date and performing to expectations.
• Facilitate and lead metrology-based projects, wellness programs, and interface with equipment suppliers. 
• Assist with annual quality capital planning and long-term strategies.
• Lead quality events at manufacturing locations when requested.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Quality management or related field
• 5 years management experience
• Lean/Six Sigma training
• Industry experience-minimum 7 years
• Strong technical aptitude for manufacturing process
• Advanced statistical capabilities.

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $91,400.00 and $137,000.00 per year. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for California residents. The salary range could be different for applicants who do not reside in California. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
