Group Compensation & Benefits Manager
Dublin or London
18 month fixed term contract
We are looking for an experienced and compensation and benefits manager to join our global team of reward specialists. Reporting to the Group Compensation & Benefits Director, you will deploy your skills as trusted business partner to HR and business stakeholders across Europe, Africa and the Americas, guiding on reward policy and process, with a focus on supporting business change activity and related compensation projects and analytics. Strong data analysis skills and a flair for turning this analysis into robust, workable recommendations is a must.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to apply your expertise to solve reward challenges and opportunities in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing business. Key activities
- Reward-related projects related to business change
Compensation data analytics to inform agile and accurate decision-making on tactical and strategic reward topics
Preparation of compensation analysis to inform agile and accurate decisions
Review reward frameworks and benefit arrangements for alignment with business strategy
- Grading, job architecture and support on costing / benchmarking roles
Support delivery of cyclical reward processes, including salary review, bonus, long-term incentives
Compensation advisory support to HR and business stakeholders
Required skills / qualifications:
• 5+ years in a specialist compensation and benefits role, across multiple countries
• Experience in delivering change in a complex organisation, possibly in a manufacturing or unionised environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce quality outputs that build and maintain trust
• Credibility with diverse stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes
• Organised, self-motivated and with the attention to detail essential for
• Experience of advising on global mobility is a plus
• A good sense of social and cultural dynamics and the ability to adapt approach dependent on the situation
