Quality Analyst

Join us as a Quality Analyst in the Quality team at Ardagh Metal Packaging.

As a Quality Analyst, you will ensure the quality and responsiveness of customer complaint management for several factories across Europe.
You will ensure compliance with SLAs, the proper conduct of investigations, and the sustainable implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Your main responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and ensure that the problem is clearly defined (5W method).
  Assess the impact and criticality according to AMP-E procedures.
  Work with the factory, Quality, CTS, and Sales teams to ensure a rapid, consistent, and high-quality response.
  Support teams in conducting robust investigations based on 8D and A3 methodologies.
  Ensure that corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) are deployed, verified, and sustained.
  Ensure the completeness and smooth running of the CRM workflow.
  Identify trends or recurrences and contribute to quality improvement plans at the European level.

Professional Requirements

Education, Training, Computer skills

• Degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering or a Quality / Food Safety related education,
• Project Management,
• People leadership,
• Experience in Quality / Food Safety and Statistics,
• Fluent English in speaking and writing,
• Software skills in MS Office, Infinity and MiniTab
• Action oriented / Timely decision making / Process management / Strategic agility / Drive to results / Customer focus / Managing diversity / Motivating others/ Problem solving

Experience : > 10 job experience, > 5 years in can or end making technology

Competencies: Team player, customer focused and supportive, good analytical thinking, ability to structure projects, drive for results
