Planning Analyst

At Ardagh our Application services teams are pivotal for our business success, ensuring seamless planning processes, efficient system configurations, and expert project management, while collaborating across departments; and aligning solutions with diverse stakeholders.

 

Your Impact:

  • Development and Optimization: Supporting and developing IT integrated business planning and production sequencing solutions, while enhancing current processes within SAP ECC and integrated planning solutions such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, Blue Yonder and ORSoft as well as designing IT solutions in partnership with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Project Management: Overseeing project and sub-project management within the IT framework and coordinating with external service providers.
  • Application Process Supervision and Analysis: Managing integrated business planning and production scheduling processes at the 2nd and 3rd levels, while performing detailed process and technical analyses of business operations.
  • Rollouts and Support: Providing guidance on projects and implementing enhancements based on standard software, while also handling testing, commissioning, documentation, and collaborating with global teams for rollouts.
  • Process Improvement: Leveraging your expertise to enhance existing processes and past roll-outs to ensure we foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, informatics, or comparable field
  • Relevant experience in supporting and customizing a complex SAP system environment and processes mapped in it; SAP PP/MM/SD/LE is a bonus
  • Relevant experience in supporting and customizing SAP APO and IBP applications or other comparable application
  • Relevant experience in supporting data integration modeling using cloud integration solutions
  • Relevant experience in understanding complex integrated business planning and production planning/sequencing processes
  • Fluent in (written and spoken) English
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of your working time
