We are looking for Business Intelligence Analyst (Procurement)


The main purpose of Business Intelligence analyst is to understand and gather reporting requirements related to  the procurement area and in cooperation with business partners and BI developers translate them into insightful reports and dashboards. This role operates as a key bridge between the business partners and BI developers in developing and maintaining reporting solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support the business stakeholders with relevant data analysis around the procurement to generate in-sights and drive decision making
•    The role requires to effectively capture, document and manage reporting needs, including shaping, scop-ing and aligning to the business strategy
•    Coordinate development and automation of reports and dashboards related to procurement area
•    Facilitate UAT‘s in relation to the report development 
•    Ensure accuracy, quality, maintenance and execution of developed reports
•    Responsible for working with IT colleagues to resolve incidents and defects on the developed reports
•    Support continuous improvement of report development processes and report functionalities
•    Conduct trainings for business partners related to the report usage and functionalities

•    Bachelors degree in Supply chain management, business administration or finance/controlling
•    Experience with some of the BI products (preferably Power BI, SAC or Tableau)
•    Experience working in SAP ECC and SAP BW is desirable 
•    Excellent Excel skills 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience related to the report development and KPI measurement in procurement area
•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to facilitate creation of  data insights and visualizations 
•    Excellent quantitative skills, ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions out of them
•    Effective communication skills
•    Working proficiency in English
