YOUR MISSION:
You will develop and execute with our leadership a strategic internal and executive communication plan in alignment with our vision and strategy. 
As we are working across 9 countries in Europe, you ensure translation of our messaging and guide our network of “communication Champions” based in all of our locations. With regards to employer branding, you will support and collaborate with our European HR team.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan. 
•    Produce employee communications: Develop and author a variety of internal communications including monthly internal newsletter, presentations and announcements to be delivered across a variety of communications channels (incl. translations). 
•    Responsible for the content and ongoing development of the European intranet site
•    Coordinate and manage internal requirements for branded materials as required, including flags brochures, flyers, posters, etc. idea, text and image management, lead of agency
•    Photos, videos, animations: lead design agencies and photographers to support internal communications projects 
•    Manage translation requirements in parallel with local teams
•    Develop awareness for information transparency & communication and help promoting relevant guidelines and frameworks. 
•    Develop and drive measures to optimize internal communication and the communication tools used based on data and user feedback. 
•    Manage the internal communication response to crisis situations. 
•    Work in alignment and close collaboration with Marketing and Group Communications

 

Requirements and essential skills set:

  • Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • More than 5 years of experience writing in a corporate environment where you managed variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, and internal social media channels.
  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, communications, economics, media sciences or marketing, though other degrees are also acceptable.
  • Strong executive communications experience: You can write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.
  • You are hands-on with the ability to design presentations and basic graphics, write announcements and newsletters, edit at basic level videos.
  • Highly organized and an exceptional communicator (written and spoken) paired with high interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work with people at all levels.
  • You have international experience and bring intercultural awareness.
