Ardagh Metal Beverage Serbia is looking for Scrum Master


The Scum Master will work across multiple delivery teams twithin the Centre for Transformation and Digitalisation. The Scrum Master is responsible for understanding and influencing the businesses demand for services. The role requires an ability to understand and proactively manage incoming requests and expectations around these requests depending on the existing workload. This role is a pivotal point between the Business and the respective delivery teams.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Build a high performing team of delivery focused individuals with excellent mentoring and coaching

  • Utilise meaningful metrics to drive the team towards their goals and understand areas for improvement

  • Provide regular, timely updates on progress and opportunities

  • Effectively manage demand for services, including prioritising requests

  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks

  • Work closely with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

  • Assists teams implement changes effectively


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably within business, computing, economics, or a numeracy-related subject
  • Project Manager or any other relevant qualifications
  • Working proficiency in English and any other European languages are a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artefacts
  • Experience in a scrum master role with good knowledge of Agile frameworks
  • Experience of Capacity Planning, KPI Definition and Performance Monitoring
  • Experience acting between business & an IT service organisation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
