BSC Belgrade is looking for Travel & Expence Specialist

 

The essential role of Travel& Expense Specialist is to support the T&E teams expense report auditing, internal policy quality control, and general customer service in support of a high-volume Concur Travel and Expense team.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  •  Responsible for the support project team in implementation and roll-out of the Concur Travel & Expense Program within business
  • Responsible for system administration for expense report platform, corporate credit card program and travel booking platform
  • Asses required system changes and direct communication, as needed, with internal stakeholders, including end users.
  • Responsible for first line of communication with employees regarding various systems, trouble shooting and support.
  • Review of expense reports for compliance with policies.
  • Supports audits of T&E expenses, including internal and external, by providing requested supporting documentation for their sampling
     

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must (German is an advantage)
  • 3-year experience in finance / administration / travel management
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Result oriented and problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with automated T&E program (Concur a strong plus)
