Treasury Administrator - Fixed Term Contract


Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

•    Bank reconciliation and follow-up investigation with banks/internal counterparties
•    Payment processing including trade settlements and funding requests
•    SAP In-House Cash management (daily operations, error investigation, etc.),
•    Trade confirmation with counterparties and investigation with Treasury Front Office or counterparty banks where required
•    Reporting e.g. internal control reports, regulatory reporting
•    Electronic banking administration on various banking platforms
•    Static data maintenance of the Treasury Management System, SAP and electronic banking platforms
•    Bank account documentation management i.e. account opening, closing, amendment, KYC requirements.
•    Administration of the Intercompany Netting Cycle
•    Intercompany loan management including recording and processing loans and providing accurate monthly reporting to group entities.
•    Audit requests, providing information and samples to auditors
•    Reviewing hedge documentation for accuracy

Qualifications and experience:

•    Business/Finance graduate degree required
•    A graduate with preferably one year’s experience in a multinational corporate treasury role.
