KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER 
We search for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) - preferably with fast moving consumer goods experience. The role can be based in our AMP-E locations perferrably in Oss, The Netherlands or Chester, UK and reports to our Key Accounts Management Director, Ardagh Metal Packaging - Europe. You share our beliefs and want to work in an environment based on trust, teamwork and excellence. 


YOUR MISSION:
You will lead the accounts of a variety of our key customers. You build and maintain the relationship and achieve the key account plan objectives. At the core of your work stands Customer satisfaction and retention whilst seeing to profitable growth. 


Key Responsibilities:
Business
•    Strategic Key Account Planning: Create, Propose and get approval of the strategic Key Account Plan in alignment with ABM’s strategy.
•    Implementation of Strategic Key Account Plan: Give direction, support and coordination to the cross-functional Key Account teams involved in the implementation of the KA approved plan. Secure respective resources
•    Build strong multi-level and cross-functional customer relationships within the Key Account: Define customer relationship map and contact strategy delivering a coordinated approach to multi-level and cross- functional relationship across the Key Account.
•    Key Account Contract Negotiation: Prepare negotiation strategy, present and participate in the negotiation process
•    Key Account and Competitive Environment Reporting: Report progress with KA objectives and implementation plan. Keep business up-dated with:
o    Any relevant news related with the KA and its environment.
o    Competitive developments affecting the relationship with the KA.
•    Participation in sales-related divisional-wide projects as requested: Provide input, create reports, and collaborate with other functions.


Professional Requirements:
•    5 years of experience in Regional Sales with direct sales responsibility on specific accounts.
•    English and another European language.
•    Proven communication skills (ability to communicate complex subjects at different levels)
•    Excellent collaboration skills and able to successfully manage relationships amongst various functions
•    Strong presentation and negotiation skills, capacity to articulate complex solutions without losing the audience. 
•    Highly motivated to deliver results and to ‘go the extra mile’ and deliver on an agreed plan
•    Externally focused - able to deal effectively and credibly with external customers 
•    Solid planning and organizational skills, incl time management and priority setting
