Job overview: 
Supply & Demand Manager is responsible for overseeing and balancing the supply chain process to ensure that the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand. This role involves forecasting, planning, and coordinating inventory levels, procurement, and production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. 


Key responsibilities: 
1.    Demand Planning: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production with expected market needs. 
2.    Supply Chain Coordination: Work with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient procurement and delivery of goods. 
3.    Inventory Management: Monitor and Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, ensuring a balanced supply chain. 
4.    Production scheduling: develop and implement production plans in collaboration with operations to meet demand forecasts and minimize lead times. 
5.    Performance analysis: Continuously monitor key performance indicators related to supply and demand, such as stock levels, order fulfillment, and supply chain costs, to identify areas for improvement. 
6.    Collaboration: work closely with other departments to synchronize efforts and ensure seamless supply chain operations. 
7.    Risk management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks. 


Skills and qualifications: 
-    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent area 
-    Fluent in English and Dutch 
-    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-    Experience in supply chain management and forecasting tools 
-    Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross functional collaboration 
-    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 
-    Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and procurement processes
