Key responsibilities:

•    Provide supporting administrative services to Principal under the guidelines and framework determined by Principal, in areas such as operation planning process, preferred production plant, allocation process.
•    Provide support for a variety of reports on a Daily and Weekly basis.
•    Communicate short term capacity constraints from TM (toll manufacturing) to Principal.
•    Propose actions to Principal to resolve short term capacity constraints, if possible by supporting capacity shifts between TMs.
•    Ensured escalation of shortages from TM to Principal.
•    Participate in weekly planner’s teleconferences.
•    Monitor KPI’s approved by Principal and followed-up on category level (on time in full, run length, height changes.).
•    Support development of new planning tools and weekly planning.
•    This Central role, supports the regional planning teams in DE and UK, taking short term supply concerns to the regional sales offices to find resolutions.

•    Experience (1 year min) in Logistics, Planning, sales administration.
•    University degree (or equivalent) in economics would be an advantage. 
•    English business fluent.
