Role description:
Report to AMP-E CI Director.


 
Key responsibilities:
•    Works with process owners and team members to implement verifiable process improvements based on a clear understanding of the inputs that determine the value of Key Process Output Variables.
•    Project and workstream implementation from technical perspective.
•    Support Plant during implementation phase and debugging, make the systems life.
•    Inform and support Plant to apply new PotF features (with support of suppliers when needed).
•    Roll out the PotF to all European Ardagh Plants.
•    Travel and stay on site according to the need of the project activities.
•    Analyzing Data’s to verify and compare plant process status.
•    Link Between Plant and external suppliers e.g., Braincube etc.
•    Archive and sustain the predicted PotF benefits according to the original plan.
•    Build advanced analytical capabilities for reporting, including scenario & predictive modelling capabilities. 
•    Ability to examine data sets and determine the best end-to-end analysis plan (manipulates, prepares and models data and resolves conflicting sources of data and anomalies).
•    Experience of developing or applying algorithms, advanced analytics research models and tools i.e. Braincube, etc. to implement improvements.
•    Ability to extract information from existing data sets in order to determine patterns and predict future outcomes and trends.
•    Combines raw information from different sources to create consistent and machine-readable formats. 
•    Expertise to analyse unstructured/ structured data to extract knowledge that can be leveraged for decision making.
•    Develop and test architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modelling.
•    Responsible for technical testing services across the entire delivery lifecycle including: system integration testing, performance engineering and unit testing.
•    Implement methods to improve data reliability and quality with IT. 
•    Provide additional ad hoc analysis as requested.

 
Requirements:
•    Education: Engineer, MBA etc.
•    Big data science, digitalization of processes. 
•    Language: English fluent in word and negotiation.
•    Good presentation skills.
•    Strength in communication and information flow.
•    Teamworking.
•    Analytical skills.
•    Travelling European wide.
