Customer Care Complaint Handling

 

Role description
Internal complaint handling according complaint handling process. Allocating the complaint to the
right organization and provide answers in OTIF back to the trading / customer care or through the
portal.

 
Key responsibilities

•    Coordinate complaint handling.
•    Meet KPI for complaint handling in terms of answer in time in full.
•    Manage complaint according 5S.
•    Update organization on complaint status and highlight.
•    Make customer complaint / QA presentations / answer customer further enquiry. 
•    Analysis of complaints.
•    Push responsible organization for answers in full.
•    Manage can and end samples delivery to new customers / can filling line machine supplier.  
•    Quick Test management.
•    Managing slow moving stock detail is in the regions.
•    Follow-up of corrective actions.
•    Create accruals and credit notes in the system.
•    Create daily reports & requested ADHOC analysis.
•    Provide intermediate reports.

 

Requirements
•    Bachelor level of thinking and communication.
•    Technical background.
•    Microsoft Office skills in all functions.
•    ERP/ SAP.
•    Experience in complaint handling.
•    Experience in customer service in an international environment.
•    Next to local language and Good skills of English. German will be an usset.  
•    Good communication skills in an international environment.
•    Commercial feeling.
•    Service minded.
