Role description:
Ensure on-time and full-scope delivery of EDI projects. Coordinate a team of internal and external, business and IT stakeholders. Align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience.

 
Key responsibilities:
•    Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
•    Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
•    To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
•    Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
•    Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
•    Liaising with 3rd party customs broker and customs advisors as appropriate.
•    Continuous contribution to Ardagh digital strategy cascade/vision, change management and development.
•    Monitor future technology and industry trends within EDI technology standards, 
•    Identifying, recommending, prioritizing and documenting continuous digital system improvements and of the "Digital Sales & Customer Collaboration Process“.
•    Coordination of specific EDI configuration (standard EDI or web solutions),
•    Manage the communication between the different stakeholders in the process (Ardagh business - customer - other Ardagh technical, business and tax/legal experts - EDI and Digital Analysts - third party solution provider and other).
•    Leading the EDI/Digital projects including documentation, quality assurance, implementation/hypercare support, controlling and workflow management.
•    Coordinate and manage end-user training and provide respective training and user documentation.
•    Make sure deadlines/milestones and budgets are respected
•    Ensure effective communication with all affected teams about EDI and digital issues, upgrades.
•    Guarantee EDI/Digital processes health and integrity in terms of technical and legal standards (e.g. SOX relevance and others).

 
Requirements:
•    English business fluent, other European languages would be an advantage.
•    A good understanding of EDI related transactions, SAP Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
•    Experience in SAP ERP (BPQ and BP2 and BW) applications.
•    Experience in Cloud services and Microsoft Core Apps.
•    Experience of working in international projects.
•    Several years of professional experience in similar jobs.
•    Project management
