Role description
This role will be a key-enabler for the Fulfilment Excellence Director. The role will closely interact with the director and the regional Fulfilment Managers on a regular basis, prepare analysis, record meeting minutes, prepare reports, etc. A further core-responsibility of this role is the support of administrative, super-regional fulfilment activities such as data analytics, data reconciliation, ad-hoc report generation, master data maintenance. 

 
Key responsibilities
•    Act as go-to person for the Fulfilment Excellence Director for any analysis or data related questions.
•    Regularly interact with the Fulfilment Managers and logistics Managers of the Tradings to collect relevant datapoints.
•    Support the Fulfilment Excellence Director in meeting preparation.
•    Provide reporting assistance for the Fulfilment Excellence Director.
•    Provide analysis assistance for the S&D teams in the local Tradings.
•    Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports.
•    Exemplary reports and analysis required: identify packaging imbalances with customers and within, Tollers, review stock, identify old stock and recommend actions, create analysis on short-term transport changes and -surcharges.


Requirements
•    Good communication skills: to be able to communicate effectively with other team members.
•    Advanced Excel user, analytical techniques and reporting software skills.
•    Skilled SAP user, experienced using sales order and materials management transactions, lists and downloads.
•    Strong organizational skills and flexibility: to accommodate short-term changes in the fulfilment process.
•    Fluent and proficient in spoken and written English.
•    Any other European language desirable (German, Polish, French, Spanish).
•    Experience working with SAP (as a user).
•    Experience with data analysis and reporting tools and tasks desirable.
•    Bachelor level degree in Business Administration or similar.
•    3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
