Role description
Primary responsibility of this role is the coordination of the IBP process and all related tasks, including maintenance of IBP Master Data, triggering of data integration flows, simple configuration tasks and communication with all involved parties to ensure timely implementation of the planning cycle.

Key responsibilities
•    Coordinate the monthly IBP process – communication with all involved parties about deliverables and timeline.
•    Update master data and initiate data loads required for the IBP planning process.
•    Support data cleaning activities.
•    Support operational user requests.
•    Coordinate system changes together with IT support team.
•    Coordination of process flow, i.e., inform stakeholders when planning tasks can be started and need to be finished.
•    Preparation of planning cycle, i.e., trigger data loads, check volumes, analyze and correct deviations.
•    Coordination of scenario planning, i.e., assign and prepare versions.
•    Review, maintenance and cleaning of Master and Key Figure data in SAP IBP and SAP ERP(excluding sales history cleaning and seasonality adjustments.
•    User support, i.e., request analysis, issue resolution, coordination and issue allocation to other resources where applicable, template creation.
•    Coordination of system improvements requested by main stakeholders, i.e., implementation of smaller configuration requests and support to IT for other requests.


•    Good communication skills: to be able to explain non-specialists of the complex constraints, risks and choices available in simple every-day language.
•    Understanding of commonly used planning approaches, tools and solutions. Specifically in analytical techniques and in software solutions.
•    Experience with maintenance and handling of Master Data: a good understanding of planning system data flow.
•    Bachelor level degree in Business Administration or similar.
•    Experience with ERP systems and planning software available, focus master data integration and management.
•    3 years’ experience in an administrative planning function.
