  The purpose of the role is to collect, analyze, derive, communicate market insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

 

Role description:

  • Main contact in MBEU for all questions of market research.
  • Manage external suppliers of research services; liaison with MPE for market fillings.
  • Regularly (quarterly) reporting on beverage and packaging markets.
  • Consulting role for commercial initiatives in broader sales organization, e.g. PET, Complaint Handling.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for market information internally and for customers (consumer surveys, category analysis, satisfaction surveys).
  • Support Innovation process with e.g. primary consumer research/concept testing.
  • Responsible for implementation and reporting of bi-yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Other initiatives as required.
  • Collect, analyze, derive, communicate market insights to support strategic and operational decision making.
  • Manage external information sources and research. Global Data and other external data providers.
  • Internal market intelligence collection, analysis and communication (CRM, AGC, CTS etc .)
  • Create customer, market and competitor analysis.
  • Market trends presentations to customers.
  • Support new categories and market investigations.
  • Packaging material market monitoring.
  • New products and new brand launches tracking and analytics.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, or similar. 
  • Computer skills: MS Office (ppt, excel, word, etc.)
  • Fluent English written and verbal.
  • Other European language will be adventage.
  • Ability to build excellent internal and external relationships.
  • Numerate and commercially aware.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • 5+ years in a similar role.
