Role Description:
Internal analyst for planning solutions (SAP ERP / IBP and satellite systems) ensuring smooth & business-oriented application operation and project delivery, focusing on Production and Sales & Operational Planning and the interoperability between SAP ERP and planning systems or services (MES, Plant logistics, Transportation planning, Sales, Procurement).

Key Responsibilities:
•    Act as contact for the functional business units and their process owners in terms of Application Support, Change Requests, Enhancements and new Process Requirements.
•    Proactively ensure continuous process improvement for SAP ERP/IBP application usage and functions.
•    Closely cooperate with other IT Application teams to integrate Business and Process functions into the ERP/IBP applications, providing interoperability between multiple IT systems.
•    Monitor and support outsourced or shared Application Support Services in close co-operation with the ERP/IBP Support team
•    Lead and/or assist projects of various sizes with internal as well as external team members.
•    Guide external consultants on support cases & projects while ensuring “best cost value” for the group.

Requirements:
•    Business or Computer Science degree (or equivalent)
•    Degree in Business or Computer Science (or equivalent).
•    In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP logistics modules (PP, SD, MM, WM) and Sales & Operational Planning modules such as SAP-IBP, SAP-PP/DS or SAP-APO).
•    Basic knowledge of system integration using SAP CPI-DS (Cloud Integration Services) and SAP-PI.
•    Basic knowledge of ABAP and ability to debug SAP ERP programs.
•    Several years of experience in SAP ERP/IBP application support and consulting projects.
•    Ability to analyze business process requirements and specify solutions
•    Experience in international projects as team member or project lead
•    Confident self starter with effective client-facing communication and rapport building skills to ensure results in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder organization
•    Taking ownership on the resolution of incidents and fulfillment of service requests
•    Team-player, flexible regarding travelling.
•    English business fluent (C1/C2 level); German or other European languages are beneficial.
