Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of metal packaging? Ardagh Metal Packaging UK Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for five apprentices to join our team in Rugby. We have openings for Engineering Apprentices focusing on Technical, Production, Engineering, and Electrical trades.

About the Apprenticeship:

  • Location: 1st Year – MGTS Coventry, 2nd – 4th Year – Based at the Plant with weekly day release.
  • Duration: Four-year program starting in September 2024.
  • Pathways: Level 3 Engineering.
  • Qualification: Study for a Level 3 Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship with the potential to progress on to a HNC in the 3rd and 4th years

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: Minimum of five GCSEs (or expected) at Grade 4 or above, including English, Science, and Maths. (National 5s in Scotland)

Skills: Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.
